Heather Martin, MS
Heather is dedicated to the Recovery Movement, is an Adjunct Professor at Springfield College School of Professional and Continuing Studies and a Board member and trainer for the Florida School of Addiction Studies. She continues to work on the community level while administering Recovery efforts here at 7 Summit Pathways.
Heather holds a Masters Degree in Human Services, is a Certified Recovery Coach and a CCAR Recovery Coach Academy© Trainer of Trainers designation.
Heather Martin has more than 10 years experience in community mobilization and systems transformation. She has successfully organized statewide and national conferences, events and social service functions. Heather has a Master of Science in Human Services Degree with a concentration in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College School of Human Services, Tampa Bay Campus. At the completion of her undergraduate program from the College she was presented with the Community Service Award in December 2012 for contributing more than 1,500 volunteer hours during the year as an undergraduate student representative chairing the Human Services Coalition, the Community Advisory Board, Board of Directors Global United Soccer, Inc. and the Floridians for Recovery Board of Directors. She was Chair for the campus Human Services Club and was the student liaison to the Florida School of Addiction Studies annual school held at the Springfield College School of Human Services,Tampa Bay campus in 2012 thru 2014. Heather received the “Joy of Effort” award for service to Springfield College in 2013.
